C. Struktur
Job Application Letter Structure (Cover Letter) When writing a job application letter, refer to the steps below to include the information that you include is complete and of interest to the job recruiter.
1. Use the Official Format Job application letters must be written professionally and use formal language. Document format must include single spacing, one-inch margins and left-aligned. We recommend using Times New Roman fonts in sizes from 10 to 12 points. Try to keep your job application letter on one page to make it concise. This is so that your application letter is glanced at and leaves the impression of a professional candidate for employment.
2. Create Headings Don't forget to use a formal heading for your job application letter. This title should include your name and contact information, dates and company name and address. If you are sending a job application letter via email, you can omit your name and contact information from the header and place them at the bottom of the email after the signature.
3. Address the Letter to the Recruitment Manager or HRD Before writing a job application letter, you should find the name of the party who will review the application letter. Address your job application letter to this person with a formal greeting, 'Dear Mr/Ms', and their name. If you're having trouble getting the right greeting about the recruiter, you can write, 'Dear (full name of HRD)' or 'Dear Hiring Manager'.

C.How to write an application letter
1. Review Company and Position Information The main point when writing a job application letter is to show interest in the available job vacancies. Take time to look up information about the company that you can find on the company's website, as well as any vacant job positions. Compare your qualifications and experience with the list of skills required for the job posting. You can also include work experience related to the vacancy position you are applying for, for example leading a team or managing a large event.
2. Open a Page Letter Explaining Your Interests In the first paragraph of your cover letter, state the title of the job you are applying for and where you saw the job opening. Be specific about your interest in the job vacancies available at the company so your readers know this letter is not a general job application. Briefly describe the experience or qualifications that make you a good match for the available vacancies. This is a point that will be of interest to recruiters or HRD.
3. Describe Your Experience and Qualifications In the next paragraph the job application letter should highlight your experience, qualifications and expertise that are aligned with the company's goals and mission.
4. Include Aspects of Your Personality When writing a job application letter, consider incorporating aspects of your personality while remaining professional. Write the letter in a friendly and attractive way to get the job recruiter's eye.
5. Convey Appreciation Before signing a job application letter, convey your appreciation to the recruiter or HRD who reads the letter and considers your application. The recruiter took the time to read your cover letter, so thank them for the time spent in a polite and professional manner closing the document. For example, 'I appreciate the time you have taken to review my application letter. Since you likely received a number of applications and letters for this open position, I am extremely grateful for the time you have spent reading about me and what would make me a good fit for this role'.
6. Cover letter Many people use 'Sincerely' or 'Best' to close a letter with a signature. The cover letter for a job application must contain your full name. If you are sending a hard copy of the letter, include your signature above your name. When emailing your cover letter, you must include your contact information below your name, not in the header.

F. Writer Application letter
Dear Ms. Tonningworth,
Having taught EFL classes from ages 10-16 in international schools across the world for the past 25 years, on my return to the U.S. I am looking for a teaching position in a language school that will allow me to continue my passion. Whatever the student is studying for IELTS or whether they are simply there for a cultural exchange, I have developed a range of teaching methodologies to suit the needs of every class.
More than half of my career was spent teaching English to local students in international schools, so I understand the dynamics of a learning environment with a global flavor. The motivations of your students are incredibly high, so that has to be matched by the quality of the teaching. My self-created online reading comprehension course for intermediate and upper-intermediate students was adopted by over 100 schools worldwide and I hope to bring my creative talents to your school as I understand that this is encouraged.
I have taught varying class sizes from 10-35, but I much prefer the smaller classes of 8-12 that seem to be your standard. I always try to offer every student as much individual attention as possible within the scope of the lesson plan and am a big believer of setting homework according to a student’s development needs rather than the dictates of an exercise book. A 97% pass rate for formal qualifications over the past two decades is a testament to the quality of my provision.
I would be delighted to share my professional recommendations and come along for a trial lesson to give you an idea of how I manage my classroom.
Sincerely,
Laura Preston
